What is The Bridal Dietitian?
The Bridal Dietitian is led by Maddie Alfiero, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Yoga Instructor, Reform Lagree Pilates Instructor, and Confidence Coach.
The Bridal Dietitian is a rolling eight-week program that helps brides-to-be and/or bridal parties, mothers of the bride, and future mothers-in-law who want to lose weight and feel confident on the wedding day. It consists of live Zoom virtual wellness sessions focusing on nutrition and movement through Healthie. The eight sessions are designed to help you tackle any struggle and make healthy eating feel effortless for the wedding day! Every session concludes with a Q&A to ask your burning questions.
Individualized calorie deficits will be provided.
On Healthie, you will have access to chatting with Maddie individually and/or with The Bridal Dietitian group as well as free recipes, a general meal plan, grocery lists, food/water/exercise tracking, self-care techniques, and more!

Healthie is very user-friendly and free for all users!
How do I create a Healthie account?
Once you set up an account, you will be able to sign up for sessions, buy additional packages, upload photos of your food and water intake, use the Healthie food journal, learn self-care techniques, track exercise, set goals, receive recipes, access your free general meal plan as well as grocery lists and more to help you achieve your goals over the next eight weeks.
I created my Healthie account, but it prompted me to fill out forms before I could sign up for a session. What are these?
How do I sign up for sessions on Healthie?
After you purchase a package from the website, you can sign up for sessions in two ways:
- On the Home page, click under the title “Next Appointment.”
- Click on the Appointments tab from the menu bar and click on the button “Book Appointment.”
How does The Bridal Dietitian meet virtually?
*It is important to download/update your Zoom settings before your first session.
I’m confused as to how to use Healthie. What do I do?
